About the Position

Gaya Pharma is seeking a highly skilled Regulatory Affairs Manager to lead our regulatory strategies for clinical trials across multiple African countries.

Candidate Profile

  • Advanced degree in Pharmacy or Life Sciences
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Regulatory Affairs within a CRO or Pharma company
  • Deep knowledge of African regulatory landscapes (Morocco, Ivory Coast, Senegal, etc.)
  • Strong leadership and negotiation skills

Key Responsibilities

  • 01
    Prepare, compile, and submit clinical trial applications to national health authorities and ethics committees
  • 02
    Maintain regulatory compliance throughout the lifecycle of the trials
  • 03
    Act as the primary regulatory contact for sponsors and health ministries
  • 04
    Monitor and interpret new regulatory guidelines across the continent
