About the Position
We are looking for dedicated Patient Coordinators to support our Patient Support Programs (PSP) across Morocco. You will be the main point of contact for patients, ensuring their adherence to treatment and improving their quality of life.
Candidate Profile
- Background in nursing, pharmacy, or life sciences
- Excellent empathy and patient communication skills
- Ability to manage sensitive health information confidentially
- Fluency in French and Arabic
Key Responsibilities
- 01Onboard patients into specific support programs
- 02Conduct regular follow-up calls to monitor treatment adherence
- 03Coordinate with healthcare professionals and pharmacies
- 04Report adverse events according to pharmacovigilance guidelines
